At Flykidz, we offer gymnastics programs to children of all age groups are from 1 year old!

Gymtots (1 - 3 1/2 yrs old) -- This program provides children with developmental movement experience focused on basic motor skills, perceptual development and cognitive skills. Basic gymnastics skills are as well as ball-handling skills are introduced, in the encouraging presence of his/her parent. Adults also help guide kids through fundamental skills such as forward rolls, bar swing and trampoline jumps.
Kindergym (3 - 6 yrs old) -- A fun-filled class where preschoolers are taught basic gymnastics without parents, while interacting with other children and a coach. They learn educational gymnastics, structure and discipline, while developing both gross and fine motor skills, confidence, balance, coordination and social interaction in a lively and positive atmosphere.
Recreational (5 yrs old & up) -- A class that teaches basic to advanced gymnastics skills while equipping students with self-confidence and independence. Whether it's cartwheels, handstands or backward rolls, they learn at their own pace with creative warm ups and colourful weekly-themed obstacle courses.
Pre-Intermediate, Intermediate & Pre-Advanced (By selection only) -- A higher level of skill is required for these exciting and more challenging programmes with social instruction on form, technique, strength and flexibility. Gymnasts will learn more advanced skills each week through obstacle courses modified just for their needs and ability. Skills taught in these classes are based on Australian Gymnastics Federation Men/Women Artistic Gymnastics Levels 1 - 4.
Trampolining
Teeny Tramp (3 - 5 yrs old) -- A lively class where safety and foundational trampolining skills are introduced, preschoolers learn body control, spatial awareness and how to follow instructions. With fun games and music, this is a perfect class for the ever-energetic child.
Junior Tramp (5 - 8 yrs old) -- Working on basic trampolining skills, fun drills and beginner routines, this is a great class for kids to build cardio strength and muscle groups. Students will learn proper gymnastic terminology, as well as correct techniques of rolls, drops and turns.
Youth Tramp (8 yrs old & up) -- This class teaches basic to advanced trampoline skills, allowing students to progress to advance routines involving turns, twists, flips or somersaults. Students train on the Tumble Track, Large Trampoline, Mini-Trampoline and Floor. Class times also include stretching, strength conditioning and flexibility training. Suitable for anyone keen on trampoline sports, or even cheerleaders wanting to develop their tumbling stunts.
